To keep you safe
- Everyone must complete a new health questionnaire when they visit and confirm their contact details are up to date.
- Everyone will have their temperature checked on arrival by a contactless thermometer.
- Please wear a face covering to your appointment.
- Use hand sanitiser provided when arriving at Louth Yoga Studio.
- If you or anyone in your household has had any of the below symptoms in the previous 14 days please do not book an appointment, or rearrange any appointments booked ASAP:
- a high temperature
- a new, continuous cough (if you have a long-term cough please advise me when booking)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

- You must also confirm that you will let me or NHS contact tracing know if you test positive for Coronavirus within 72 hours after your appointment. We all have a social responsibility to prevent further spread.
- Please do not book if you or anyone in your household has travelled through an international air, rail or ferry port in the past 14 days.
- If you are unhappy with, are unable to confirm all of the above, or feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please do not attend your appointment and message me to cancel straight away.
Changes to operation
- I will only be offering one-hour & two-hour Traditional Thai Massage & Thai Aromatherapy Oil Massage appointments initially, sadly no facial or oil massages and no packages.
- I will only be releasing my appointments 2 weeks ahead, this means if lockdown is reintroduced or if a contact tracing incident occurs there are fewer appointments to cancel and rebook.
- Please pay by contactless card payment or voucher. Please avoid using cash, if you wish to pay by cash, ensure you have the exact amount.
- Please arrive in massage ready loose clothing, all massages will be fully-clothed, I won’t have massage trousers to loan for now.
- Please only arrive 5mins before your appointment, this will reduce people passing or waiting in the space-restricted corridors at the Yoga Studio and ensure I have time to clean the room and contact points between visits.
- If you are late for your appointment then your massage will be shortened.
- Only one person will be able to visit me at once, this means no consecutive couples bookings, or friends or family joining you and waiting in the recliner chair I’m afraid.
- Avoid bringing unnecessary personal belongings to your appointment.
- Extra cleaning will take place within the Yoga Studio public areas and my room, I will use antiviral cleaner on contact surfaces, everyone entering will be required to use hand gel.
- I will have reduced opening hours initially with longer spaces between appointments.
- All 2020 vouchers will have their end date moved until 31/03/2021.

Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage (or Thai Yoga Massage) is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. This massage consists of a series of movements that stretch out the muscles throughout the body’s energy lines and points. The massage helps to reduce stress and increase blood circulation, which leads to well-being and reduces/prevents pain in the body. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment.
Thai Aromatherapy (Oil) Massage

Thai Oil Massage is a variant of Traditional Thai massage, this uses firm pressure and deep rhythmic movements along energy lines of the body, similar to a Swedish massage. A mix of stretching, firm pressure, rhythmic massage and rolling techniques are used over the whole body. It is perfect for anyone who is particularly stressed, needs invigorating or balancing, or those who just appreciate a treatment using firmer pressure or something a little different. A more relaxing massage than a Traditional Thai Massage.
Thai Targeted Area Massage

Targeted massage can help relieve pain by releasing muscle tension. Targeted deep massage and directed stretching is applied to a specific area to assist with related problems in this area. This is often used for back, leg or shoulder pain.
Thai Foot Reflexology Massage
£35/ 60mins
Thai Foot Massage is the application of pressure on particular areas of the soles of the feet. A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. Foot reflexology massage uses hands, fingers, thumbs, knuckles, and a rounded wooden stick with lotion or oil.
Thai Hand & Foot Reflexology Massage

Hand Massage (15mins) plus a Thai foot massage (45mins), which is the application of pressure on particular areas of the soles of the feet. Thai Herbal Compress Massage – Unavailable until further notice

Thai herbal treatments can be used to induce deep relaxation, relieve stress and fatigue, boost mood, assist postural alignment, improve circulation of blood and lymph and stimulate the internal organs. Important in the application are the selection of herbs with therapeutic qualities, such as ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime, camphor, tamarind and lemongrass. A mix of herbs is wrapped in a compress, then steamed, and when hot, applied to the body by pressing, gliding or smearing in circular, linear and/or rolling movements.
Thai Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage – Unavailable until further notice

This is a relaxing massage therapy concentrating on the back, neck and shoulder muscles. The treatment is designed to relax and ease tension in the areas of the body where muscle problems most often occur. During the massage, pressure is applied up both sides of the spine and along the lower back, moving up towards the shoulders and neck.

Thai Facial Massage is a mix of facial acupressure and Eastern facial massage techniques based on Thai Massage traditions. This massage helps to relax the face muscles, improve muscle tone and enhance the natural metabolism of the skin as a holistic therapy, to promote energy flow, balance and harmony throughout the whole body.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment please message, text or call me ASAP.
I understand that things happen in life that sometimes means you can’t make it to an appointment, please do try to ensure you let me know in good time if you can not make it to an appointment, however. If I don’t know in good time then I cannot offer other people your appointment which as a small business these missed appointments can be very costly.
If an appointment isn’t attended for any reason, or if it cancelled at late notice (less than 24 hours), then a request for any future bookings to be pre-paid will be made.
