Aftercare

After your treatment please follow the advice below in order to gain the most benefit from your message:

  • Increase your water intake following the massage
  • Have a suitable period of rest after the treatment
  • Avoid consumption of stimulants (i.e. alcohol/caffeine)

You may experience the following:

  • You may feel generally sleepy or tired.
  • Warmth due to your improved circulation.
  • Aching and soreness in the muscles, this will be short-lived and followed by relief from muscular tension. To Reduce the Soreness take a hot bath before you go to bed.
  • Light bruising from Thai deep tissue massages, this should go down in a few days when your muscles will then become more relaxed.
  • Less stressed and more relaxed.
  • Improved sleep patterns.
